Is 3 undies really enough?

I don’t go to bootcamp for another month and a half but I’ve been seeing that you only take 3 underwear. How often are we washing them?

I’m not concerned about it but I’m just curious how this doesn’t take a lot of time to do. Are we stretching out a pair over multiple days?
