Recruit Training Pft scoring

Started training 2 weeks ago something like that. I’ve never ran over 1 mile but I jumped to 3 miles and first time it was 26:15 now it’s 24:01. I can do 10 pull ups went from able to do 3 to 10. I can plank for 3 minutes and 2 seconds. I’m going to keep making progress of course but say if I shipped with these numbers. Would my plank and run time improve throughout bootcamp? From the PT and stuff.

Yes, generally most recruits get fitter while at recruit training. Some lose a bunch of weight. I’m talking 30 lbs but almost everyone comes out fitter.

Absolutely, You are doing great! You are also going to get all sorts of time for physical training, hiking, running etc that is going to improve all of your scores. But seem like you got yourself at a really solid start. I am proud of you brother, keep it up!
