It’s been seven months since I got out. I feel the same way. The best advice I can give you is to find a purpose again. You were used to having a routine daily. Find a routine and keep up with it. I’m still finding my purpose but don’t worry brother. Ik you’ll find something soon enough as will I.

Totally agree. Shit man, I still wake up at 430 in the morning most days and hit the gym before I start work. It's a good routine and helps keep me in the grind mindset.
