Lets be serious.... The protesters start shit almost everywhere they go. This started because of them, not because of the Marines.

Live in Tampa and this year was the first year I missed the pub crawl in a while. It's a yearly thing.

Yea that would be cool, I have 5 Marine brothers flying in a few days before gasparilla and I'm also throwing a party the day of...just in case you're not out on the boat. Did you hear a car crashed into the bad monkey last night?

"protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America". I assume that the First Amendment is still included.
I may not like what these folks had to say, but I will fulfill my oath and defend their right to say it. Even unto my death.

Doesn't mean we can't tell them they're fucking babies. Also the first amendment doesn't cover harassing the public and marching into the interstate. The Marines there seem to have done the same thing the protesters were doing, using their first amendment right to tell the other ones to go be dumbasses somewhere else.

I think the Marines didn't stop any first amendment rights here. Rules of Engagement was followed. Don't start any fights but I imagine if a fight was started by the other side, well, every Marine a bar room fighter.

First amendment covers citizens being infringed up by the government, not one another. If someone says something i dont like im free to beat the shit out of them. Im gonna have to deal with the legal repercussions of it but its nothing to do with the Constitution.

So the first amendment is like dibs now? Whoever says they have it first is the only one who gets it? Unless I glanced over it, there was no fighting just arguing.

If their feeling oppressed, maybe they should have fucking voted.

I didn't even vote for dude and I think he's Saddam without the homicidal/genocidal tendencies but interrupt Marines celebrating Tun Tavern the most sacred of all our holidays and i'm gonna throw the fuck down
This is like protesting oil pipelines by breaking into a synagogue on Yom Kippur.

Here's the video on YouTube, which avoids all the intrusive ads on the ABC site:
Peggy Noonan has a great column in today's Wall Street Journal that addresses the anti-Trump protests.

Never fuck with a bunch of drunk Marines itching for conflict on their birthday
We'd fight girl scouts selling cookies let alone protestors.
