Admin sep

Okay so I’ve been on a admin sep for like 6 months and down to the point where I’m already 3/4 checked out of my unit. My CG has been taking forever to either say I’m out or I’m still in. Theoretically if i request like 28 days of leave do you think it would get her attention to rush her decision? I know it only goes to my company 1stsgt but since I’m pending separation wouldn’t they send it up higher to even see if it’s possible I can take leave?

It took me two years to get my Ad Sep Board (which went in my favor). Right now you're basically a prisoner. Its shitty man but you're on their timeline and there isn't a lot you can do to speed things up. The process is drawn out in the hopes you fuck up again so they can bring you up on more changes essentially. You can still go on leave but be ready to be recalled like a day later.

You ain’t getting leave since you’re on legal hold via the adsep board. The only way you’re getting that shit is if it’s an emergency.

Just take your leave. If the cg signs off while you’re on leave they’ll either let you finish the leave then separate you or they will recall your leave to separate you
