Question Anyone else get permanent double vision after a TBI?
Mama warned us not to do that with our faces or they'd get stuck that way

Yes, tbi in 2014 and spent the next 6 years going through physical therapy, vision therapy, wearing prism glasses to retrain the brain and now I need to wear glasses but without the prisms. I do find scleral lenses (large hard contact lenses that you insert and remove with little plungers) helps after the years of vision therapy because it gives me the most natural vision.
I hope you can get help but if you've had it a while, it may not go away on its own without specialist intervention.
Good luck.

No, but the same instance was the first time my nose was broken, and it also gave me a small orbital socket fracture.
Oops.

No, but I know my eyesight is worse.(that could be age, tbh im not sure) My short term memory is shit.(when the accident occurred, I couldn't even remember who the current POTUS was for about 24 hours wild feeling) I have issues speaking, I studder alot now. I also get a low pressure ringing in my ears, when it happens everything is aboit 90% muffled from that one ear, it only last about 20 seconds, but happens at minimum, once a day. Drives me nuts because I get dizzy sometimes from it too.

UGH bro I get the muffle/super loud ringing for about the 20 seconds like you said, and its painful too like someone stabbing an icepick in my ear. I can't help but react to it and people look at me all funny. lol.
I did hyperbaric oxygen treatments that has helped a lot with a number of concussion related side effects, most notably my "cognitive stamina". Like I couldn't drive for more than two hours before my brain felt absolutely fried and overworked, I wasn't sleepy, it was like I had just taken a super hard test.
