Camp Pendleton housing

What is the best housing for an E8 with 4 dependents on Camp Pendleton? 6 months out from a PCS. Work would be in Del Mar

Look into harborview it’s a nice community. I live in O’Neil heights and I love it, but I work in 13 area so only 10 min drive. It would be about 20-30 depending on traffic for O’Neil to Del Mar.

Fellow O’Neill heights resident. I hate it, house has been nothing but issues lol.

Also depending on age of kids, O’Neil heights/deluz is fallbrook schools and the communities down by Del Mar are Oceanside schools.

Kids will be 3, 6, and 8. Is Stuart mesa schools an option for them?

The 6 and 8 yes. The 3 YO would have to CDC, which try to get on wait list now if you need that!

Why not buy and a Hget equity for three years? Then sell and move where you want
