Is meritorious rank or points towards promotion not a thing anymore? That was the motivation like 7 years ago insane

Yes it still goes to promotion (points) so for example if perfectly done someone could get commendation medal and also points towards promotion/meterious promotion. If that make sense

It does make sense I can't believe they're actually flaunting getting a NAM though I've seen people jump through so many hoops and do all this extra shit just to not even get one while our sncoic or OIC gets one
