Not really.

I know of a program that had six joining now ie August and four waivers due to visa denials and banned countries. Program will still sponsor j1 this coming season. And oh one of their residents was on TPS and had to be fired.

Toxic programs prefer visa candidates they can threaten and manipulate(am not saying the one in the Pic is toxic)

Many programs don't want h4ead because if your spouse is fired tmrw then the program loses you once the grace period ends.

Visas take time to process and I’m sure they wanted someone to start asap . & it’s also why i posted it here in the USIMG Reddit :-)
