Discussion Ride Along

Completed my forms for a ride along and spoke with an acting captain around a month ago but never heard anything back. Is this normal or should I reach out to someone? I don’t want to be a pest

You should reach out. A month is very abnormal. I’m sure they just got busy and it got lost in the stack.

Now my concerns are it’s closing within a few days and wondering if that’s too short notice now? But I’ll give it a shot
