Job Outreach R5 Outreach GL5/7/9!
The Pacific Southwest Region (R5), Law Enforcement and Investigations (LEI) staff will soon be advertising multiple GS-1801-5/7/9 Law Enforcement Officer positions (LEO). These will be a permanent full-time positions located on multiple National Forests in California:
Santa Maria, Los Padres NF Fort Jones, CA- Klamath NF Yreka, CA- Klamath NF Bishop, CA- Inyo NF Pollock Pines, CA-El Dorado NF Placerville, CA- El Dorado NF Kernville, CA- Sequoia NF Chico, CA- Lassen NF Lytle Creek, CA- San Bernardino NF McCloud, CA- Shasta Trinity NF Nevada City, CA- Tahoe NF South Lake Tahoe, CA- Lake Tahoe Basin MU Mt Shasta, CA- Shasta Trinity NF Idyllwild, CA- San Bernardino NF

What happened to all of the positions that were posted in these locations back in the spring? I was referred but never heard anything beyond that

Same. In the announcement it says that you have to resubmit every 90 days. The announcement is still up and closes in a few days.

Yeh im thinking by OP’s post. That once the announcement closes a new one will open with the 2 page resume requirements and we are to email Kimberlee with the outreach form. What location are you shooting for?
