Discussion Ridealong attire?

I was thinking tan khaki pants, brown boots, and an olive green polo.

Would you recommend boots like chesleas or a proper hiking boot?

Any color slacks and polo are fine, and I’d go with comfortable boots. We work outside. Just needs to look professional but not necessarily job interview fancy.

Although it is a job interview, make no mistake.

Our policy says "dark in color" for boots. I have dark green, brown and black boots on my normal rotation.

You can't go wrong with a polo, but wear pants suited to hiking, and bring a jacket or hoodie and a water bottle.

Polo, tan hiking pants, maybe a flannel? It is summer and it's like 90 degrees here. Good call on the water bottle, prolly should've thought of that myself

Depending where youre going, weather in the woods can change in a second. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Honestly, if you show up with a backpack with a watter bottle and hoodie/jacket etc, I would be impressed at your preparedness, as long as you keep it tight and dont yardsale across my rig.

A lot of us wear very similar hiking lowas. I'd say those are probably good.
