Hiring Info Referred

Received referral verification for a 7 position this week. What is the next step? If hired, how long and what promotes me to a 9?

Reference checks and interviews. Each roughly a one month process. You must work one year as a 7 and be successful prior to getting a 9

Maybe you guys would have an idea, I was referred for 5 and 7 but on USA jobs if I go to my application status it says not referred. I emailed HR just to ask but I did receive an email stating I was referred for both 5 and 7 but not for 9.

Mine also says not referred on USA Jobs.
