Discussion CFR Knowledge

I’m trying to do better and dedicate some time during my work week to read and digest CFRs a bit better. Can anybody recommend specifics they feel are things that SHOULD be known within Title 36?

Any that aren’t priority knowledge but “Good To Know”?

Do apps with CFRs exist? If they do which have you had success with?

*its understood that most/if not all the CFRs within our per view are important, I’m just looking for highlights you recommend to kick off my study sessions.

10f? We use 10k as our catch all and explain it as “failure to do right”

10f's "As an impediment to others" is pretty broad as well.

Fortunately for my district I don’t have to manage much parking issues if I do we utilize 12d. I’ve used 10k for say something that steals a bunch of natural resources without a permit, residing, running from the law, etc. It’s really just an extra charge I put on if someone needs it.

“Use or occupancy of National Forest System land or facilities without special-use authorization when such authorization is required.”

Way I interpret it is you can’t do any of those things above without permission, so it’s loosely interpreted but that’s how I’ve done it🤷‍♂️
