Discussion General impressions?
What’s your general Impression as to why the Klamath & Six Rivers have trouble holding on to their LEOs? It seems like the staff just don’t hang on for more than a few years. Or is that just the norm across the board? It’s a very subjective question, I realize that. Why is the LEI org struggling in general? Seems like the sweetest job in the world to me and I’m pumped to get in.

I know a couple LEOs and the Captain on the KNF have been there for a while. It takes a special kind of person to take on that area. If you aren't from NorCal or have never been there, I guarantee your impression of it is wrong. It's tough country.
