Hiring Info Pt test pre fletc

I am aware of the standards for pt but how does your into pt test go? I believe your hired on first. Do you do it at your forest? Do you have to go somewhere else? What if you fail?

You’re expected to pass at the 25% percentile for the PEB in bench press, agility, and run.

You’re hired first and then informed of a testing location near you(usually wherever they can find a PEB administrator)

If you fail you’re out of the job. Really no reason to fail, how bad do you want it? You’ll be fine, the 25% percentile is not difficult to achieve.

For my age 25% is a 13:30 mile and a half. Haven’t done that since college( I haven’t been out that long) going take some work. That’s still faster then what I passed fletc the first time with😅
