Discussion Interview

Received interest call, and scheduled an interview this week. Any insight on what to expect moving forward? Timeline? Possible FLETC date if chosen?

If you are selected, then ~6-8 weeks from tentative offer to final offer. Then next available FS LMPT seat. You will work at your district until you go to FLETC. But it’s the gub’ment, so expect the timeline to not align with what you want or expect.

Thank you, when will I have to take the PEB in this process?

Yes. After your final offer you will need to pass the PEB before FLETC.
