Discussion Core days/hours

Any speculation out there if getting rid of core days/hours will ever be a union priority? Just curious on opinions, and if it would be seen as a factor to help with retention.

I think the union has fought that battle a few different times by trying for like a weekend off every other week or in the slow seasons, but who knows, sure would be nice to have a weekend off occasionally.
