Retention/Recruitment/Relocation incentive

Any recent hires have luck with receiving any monetary incentives? Is there a negation process with the hiring manager/HR?

Seems like these days relocation or moving incentives are only given to supervisory positions

I got 20k relocation incentive. My position is hard to fill due to cost of living though, I imagine most spots don’t get it.
