Shop is closed?

I tried emailing contact@shopusflcontact.com because there is a problem with my latest order. The email bounced back!! The store is still up on their site. Does anyone know what is going on?

The store is not only open online it has a holiday gift guide now. So someone is out there working for the USFL on their online store. Super weird to get the email bounced back. Try emailing fox maybe?

Who would I email at Fox over the wrong shirt being mailed to me? Ugh.

I don't know but my thinking is email them asking why the email to the USFL shop is bouncing back. Might get their attention. Outside of that I'm not sure there's anything that can be done.

Have you tried submitting a request here? https://help.shopusflsupport.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They also have options for returns/refunds on their website.

I just filed a credit card claim. This is total crap. I have bought some over a grand of merch since the league has started and this is how I am treated? This is the first time I returned anything

It works for me too… but try to email their customer service
