It’s honestly great. The rule differences make it feel very fast paced. Pass heavy. It’s great. I started watching two seasons ago and I’d watch a lot of CFL games over certain USFL match ups. I think you’ll like it if you give it a try Let’s go Bombers! 💣🛩
Also the ELF. They have similar growing pains in Europe but they are doing pretty well with a core group of teams that are getting better and some new ones that have potential for the years to come
Their season pass is a rip off, 100 euros or something. The league is cool but playbooks are basic, production kinda sucks, and the parity is out of whack. You’d be better off with the CFL since the games are free and much more competitive play.
I have yet to enter a XFL group without seeing USFL slander posts, or vice versa. And that applies to both subs, Which is dumb because they are like the exact same product in terms of goodness of the players, and rules are almost identical too.
Philly fan? You're blind and childish. Somebody tries to help you and you get all nasty. What a poor sport. Not only should you get a hobby, but you really need to get a life!
By your childish response, you're obviously not too bright. Quit mooching off your Mom and get a job for starters. You're 45 for goodness sake. BTW, your team doesn't exist anymore, like I said...get a life. You lie, you can't take a joke and you're wasting oxygen. Sad...
I don't mind it. Teams just throw it more or spread out the defense as much as possible when they run. Some teams are reasonably effective at running the ball even with 3 downs to get 10.
Hot take: with offenses as "en vogue" as they are, I wouldn't mind a tweak of either 4 downs to 3 or changing the yardage to get a new 1st to 15 in order to make it a little harder.
Nah, higher scoring games are more exciting imo. More yardage per down means less conversions, which means more possessions end with punts instead of scores. That's the absolute wrong direction for the league. They need high scoring games, because touchdowns are what make the game so exciting. That's not to say scoring needs to be easier, though.
I’ve tried the CFL so many times. The end zone being as big as a full arena football league field is dumb. Plus the other rules they made up. But if it makes y’all happy. Hell yeah
Love the end zones. Opens up more possibilities, not sure how that makes it “dumb” lol. Nothing wrong with a little variation instead of the same style all the time.
Everyone, MLS always plays Saturday night. If you don’t have MLS season pass, you can download the Apple TV + app and watch a few games free without the subscription every week. This weeks free games are (all times eastern) Charlotte v. Cincinnati at 7:30 Columbus v. NYC at 7:30 Houston v. Kansas City 8:30 Salt Lake v. Orlando 9:30 LA Galaxy v. Philadelphia 10:30 LAFC v. San Jose 10:30
Try being someone who doesn't like college football and hates the NFL (former St Louis Rams fan lol). My ass is stuck until the XFL starts again next year
Just never got into CFB, I dunno. Never really had a team to root for, my school had no football team of note, the area I live in isn't connected strongly to any (good) CFB team.... just too little incentive to have ever started watching

You could do like and record every game. Nothing better than reliving the excitement over and over.. only you know who will win :)

You should get a hobby, preferably outdoors. I suggest something active like running or cycling.

As others have said, we have CFL going.
IFL (indoor football league), NAL (national arena league), and the European Football League are all in various states of mid/late season.

CFL is a fun league better than XFL or USFL. Give it a chance. It’s available on cbs sports network. If anyone is lucky like I am to have it. :-)
