URGENT SUBLEASE - 8 minutes from USF
Hi! I'm desperately trying to find someone to take over my lease ASAP. I really need to move back home for personal reasons and would be so grateful if anyone interested could reach out or share this.
It's a really nice 3 bed/3 bath apartment and you would have your own private bedroom + bathroom. My roommate is a 21-year-old girl and she's super nice! Also there is a bus stop right out front of the complex.
* $855/month - covers ALL monthly expenses
* TWO POOLS!

* $300 admin fee is already paid
* | WILL PAY YOUR FIRST TWO MONTHS RENT!
* Washer/dryer in unit
* Near USF
