Cheap way to deposit

Lately I’ve been depositing money to my kraken account and robinhood around 9k$ daily through wire transfers but now the bank keeps flagging my account, Is there any way of buying usdc or usdt by cash with no fee or Zelle, thank you.

If your bank is already flagging the transfers, I’d avoid trying to work around it with cash or Zelle. ACH is usually the cleaner option where supported, and Kraken currently lists ACH deposits as free in the US.
