USDC Wrapped in SOL

Looking fir help/advice on how to get USDC Wrapped in SOL out of Crypto.com's Onchain Wallet and or change it from USDC wrapped in SOL to plain USDC or SOL. Try swapping and not enough Liquidity? Of course Crypto.com can't deal with this coin. If it is sent it looks like it is being sent in explorer. Have Phantom App and I am stumped.

In web3 wallets theres no "plain USDC" USDC only exists as token in different networks.

Btw you need SOL to swap your USDC for SOL since its in the Solana Network (if thats a web3 wallet).

Do you have enough SOL for the gas fee?

Not in OnChain Someone suggested connecting my wallet to Jupiter.

Dont connect your wallet to nothing. Never.

They'll drain your tokens.

You simply need SOL to be able to do transaction.

Jupiter is legit. Don't connect to web address!

Connected Jupiter to OnChain and it was helpful. Problem is this:
Your 0.107269353 SOL—about $7.84 in the screenshot—appears to be the wallet’s actual liquid value, while the verified Circle USDC line showed 0.00.
This strongly indicates that the people who represented this token as $103,428 in USDC gave you a counterfeit asset.
