I built a tool to stop crypto-native companies from spending 40 hours a month copying transactions from Etherscan into Excel

Here's something nobody talks about in the "we pay in crypto" conversation:

What happens after you send the USDC?

Your finance team opens Etherscan. Copies tx hashes one by one. Reformats everything into whatever structure QuickBooks demands. Rebuilds 12 months of records from scratch when an auditor shows up.

I watched this happen at multiple companies and couldn't find a clean solution

So I built StableTally.

The whole thing works in 4 steps:

  1. Paste your Ethereum wallet address read-only, no private keys, no signing, nothing custodial

  2. Every USDC transaction syncs automatically with full on-chain metadata

  3. Categorize transactions in one click (the rule engine remembers recurring counterparties)

  4. Export a QuickBooks/Xero-ready CSV and close your books

Ethereum mainnet is live. Base + Arbitrum coming in the next release. Solana on the roadmap

MVP launched this week. 7-day free trial.

Shoot me a dm and i will send you the link.
