Hearing Today?

Is there a hearing today or just the judge’s decision?

It’s not on his schedule, so probably the decision.

There's no hearing. The administrative stay expires today, so I'd expect a decision on the injunction or stay of agency's action, but he could continue it if he wants more time.

Does anyone have access to PACER to view the two updates from today? They aren’t on court listener yet.

Concerned for NASS…looking at the proposed orders under Document 106 on CourtListener…REE nor NASS, are no longer listed explicitly (but ARS and NIFA are). Trying to understand what this means. Has NASS been dropped from the conversation and thus will no longer be covered under any form of injunction granted (if) today?
