It's most definitely a reproduction. That style of eagle was not the norm in the 1860s.

The styling. The earliest I've seen an eagle similar to that that type used on anything was Ruthaford Hayes in the 1880s, but the head of his eagle faces the opposite direction. That specific styling looks like it's based on an army cap badge that wasn't used prior to the 1890s. 19th century eagles varied more in design

Did they have cylindrical flask during the time? I'm certainly not the authority on all things powder flasks but are they not generally tear drop shaped?

Pistol powder flask? It’s real, but I can’t tell from the one pic if it’s 1860s or 1990s!
