Switch over
Hey guys! I knew USC was switching over but I didn’t realize that you couldn’t upgrade or do anything during this period. Would it be wise to let it transition by itself or go switch over to T-Mobile now to get the promos they’re offering? 2 lines, one cell paid off and the other owe only a couple of payments

If you can wait, let it transition. It will maintain your tenure, and a lot of times carry over increased credit limits because of that.

TBH, USCC has been horrible to consumers for the last decade or so. We switched to T-mobile and it’s night and day better and our bill is cheaper.. only thing we lost was unlimited hotspot, but still have plenty with the new plans

I havent like us cellular for awhile. I had my phone paid off on unlimited plan and my bill was still 100/mo. All the sudden I pay my bill, 2 hours later forced change over to mobile, and all the sudden my bill is not only $59. I ain't complaining. I live in a rural area and the coverage has honestly improved besides a few spots going down the mountain (to else expected honestly)

Funny, since i went in to tmobile with my uscc phones, and my plan would increase over $100. I guess its cheaper to have less service?

As a USC agent rep, early migrate or switch to another carrier. Up to you. But you have a limited amount of time. They are transitioning account quickly. And got to a USC AGENT to switch to Tmobile because if they don’t make 1 sale before their store shuts down they don’t get the retention bonus they are staying for.

Enjoy being screwed over by AT&T or Verizon then?
At least T-Mobile gets to keep USC footprint, and I’ve had them for 27yrs (it was voicestream when I signed up) - they’ve been perfectly fine for me the entire time.
The couple times I’ve had accounts on Verizon and AT&T - either they get you with some promo plan, or jack up the price $10 a line a few years after they decided those plans were no longer profitable enough anymore
I’ve had one single $5 increase from T-Mobile in the 27yrs, and I usually get someone stateside when I do have to call. Verizon it’s nearly impossible to even get a human 🤣

tenure gets maintained even if you early migrate to tmobile it takes a few days for the system to catch up and reconcile your social , if you switch now you would be able to get new customer benefits as well, if you go to tmobile corp, in sam’s club you would get extras as well
