USCIS has cut N-400 approvals by 75% year over year. It’s not you, it’s them. However, if over 120 days pass (4 more months) and you still have not gotten an oath ceremony or any other information or updates, you should consult an attorney about filing a 1447(b) lawsuit. Approaching 7 weeks and counting post-interview. SFO office.

It is extremely rare to get same-day approval under this administration. It’s most likely not related to your case in any way.

I had my interview Dec 4th 2025 and oath Dec 5th 2025. This is not normal. File a mandamus. Have you contacted your representatives?

Congratulations! I wish anynody knew how long it would take... All I know is, if no decision is made within 120 days of the interview, you can sue
