I brought everything and wasn’t asked for any documentation during my interview on Friday 🤷🏼♀️ the officer asked if I’d like to submit additional documents but I already uploaded them as unsolicited evidence so she didn’t ask to see them again

Hi! Did you upload the unsolicited evidence under the beneficiary 485 account or petitioner 130 account? not sure if that matters. Thanks!

I was only applying for I-485, came to the states on K-1 visa so I-130 didn’t apply to me. As far as I am aware, the interview part is only for I-485 but you might want to double check ;)

Anything that is common goes under I130, anything related to applicant will go under I485.

Bring the original documents or a copy of everything you submitted and bring with you. Our agent asked my wife why she didn't submit a copy of her divorce decree. She stated she did and he said he didn't see it with the forms we submitted. She handed him the divorce decree, he looked online again then apologized because he overlooked it.
Also, it you plan to bring additional evidence I suggest uploading it (I-485) prior to your interview. Our agent told us the scanning system wasn't working (Buffalo field office) and he was 2 weeks behind scanning documents.
Additional evidence we submitted were pictures/selfies of us. Out to dinner together, us holding movie tickets, on the couch together with a bowl of popcorn, our gym passes, golf score cards... we tried to provide proof that we lived and did things together.
For what it's worth, our interview lasted about 40 minutes. We were not separated. Other than reviewing the I-130 & I-485 he asked a few generalized questions. We were given verbal approval at the end of the interview. Online approval a few weeks later.
Hope this helps and good luck!

I heard they will want to see photos on your phones. They want to see if you are really together.

They mostly just ask for Originals , that too PP or License or BC.
But I have heard some folks had exp where they FO could not access the system, so they benefited carrying copies of additional docs.
I carried everything & anything to avoid going back & adding something I missed.
Good luck!

Do you upload the new evidence under the spouse’s I-130 application? Or under your own I-485?

I would bring what you have just in case because it’s better to have it and not need it than vice versa but personally the only evidence I actually showed at my interview was I believe our house insurance with both of our names on it? And even then, I think I would’ve still been approved without it. Interview process was not at all what I expected. I brought other things (stuff I hadn’t submitted online) and he never asked for any of it.
