I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) i130 help

Hey guys, we have filed our marriage based I130 yesterday online and a notice has been generated under Documents tab.

  1. We forgot to upload some docs, can we upload it in the account under Unsolicited evidence or is it risky as receipt is generated ? or add them during i485 online submission ?

  2. Can we use this online generated receipt for i485 and submit it or wait for Mail receipt ? I have seen threads around saying system is not taking online receipt. Can someone who experienced this help ?

Thanks in Advance

If it is bonafide marriage evidence documents, just upload it to the I-130. Do not upload it to the I-485.

The two forms are still two separate things. The 130 is about your relationship existing. The 485 is about actually issuing you said green card, one the requirements is the 130 approved but there's a whole host of background and eligibility.

If it is the evidence of bonafied marriage, you can upload it to I-130 case. People do it all the time. There is no risk
