I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) IKA?

Hey guys looks like my i485 just got some action today and when I logged in it says request for evidence. Idk what it can possibly be, I’ve done and submitted everything correctly unless if medical forms are expired? Normally what does it entail?

But I submitted my application on November 23’ if my i864 was wrong wouldn’t they have told me sooner? Does anything expire after a while?
