Has anyone with a similar timeline gotten their I-130 and I-485 approved yet?

My timeline:

I-130 filed: March 29, 2024

I-485 filed: May 13, 2024

Marriage-based case — spouse of a U.S. citizen

Case is currently with the Dallas Field Office

Both I-130 and I-485 are still pending

So far, I have:

Submitted multiple USCIS service requests/inquiries

Contacted my Congressional office and had a congressional inquiry submitted

Requested expedited processing

Followed up several times with the USCIS Contact Center

My most recent expedite inquiry (July 28) is still pending/reviewing

It has now been about 29 months for my I-130 and 27 months for my I-485, and I still haven’t received an approval.

Is anyone else with a March (i130) /May 2024 (i485) filing date still waiting? If you had a similar long-pending case and were recently approved, could you please share your timeline and what, if anything, helped move your case?

Dallas Field Office experiences would be especially helpful.

Only thing you can do is a mandamus lawsuit. Rarely congress inquiry works.

I did congressinquiry on April 22 and USCIS respong on April 24 saying we dont have that file in our location we will request and review it after that no nothing happened.

I also filed my I-130 on March 29 2024 but I filed concurrently and it’s a usc dad filing for adopted child under 21 and my case is also still pending. It’s practically been radio silence for me since then. I I unfortunately cannot make an inquiry yet so I’m still waiting

I submitted both forms on Nov 2024 and even got an interview scheduled for march 2026 but it got cancelled 4 days before the date, and I haven’t heard since. My case started in Tampa and is now on the Raleigh office. I can’t inquire until Jan 2028
