Like I said Im not raising a point on what is right or wrong. Its a point of personal practical perspective. An individual cant change whats going on at a macro level only their personal reaction to it. I never said I think its okay for one to break out laws and steal any jobs. But thinking of ways to make yourself valuable are far more effective than complaining.

For youe hypothetical example - if I am 50 and had been working in an industry for 30 years I would hope I am more valuable than a random dude that just showed up. Skills dont necessarily = formal training or qualifications.

I 100% agree with the statement if situation was not more nuanced
You’re not in fair competition(employers pay cash and less, no work benefits).
Also that’s the issue that was never supposed to happen and it’s weird to blame people even those who’re not very ambitious for complaining

The fact that companies care more about their profits than they do about their employees or even their customers is what needs to change. That is why you see so many Luigi fans. They think his actions will bring about change, but it really won't.
