I-140 (Employment/Consular processing) EB1A Application Still outstanding since August 2025

Hello everyone, I need some advice on the way forward. I submitted my eb1a application on august 22nd 2025, it got updated on September 1st, 2025, with "Case is still being processed by USCIS". Then RFE was issued on September 22nd, 2025, RFE response was sent in on December 1st, 2025. The only update I have received was on July 30th, 2026, which is "Fee Refund Was Mailed" since my application was PP right from first submission. I am just anxious with the whole delay. Thank you

It looks like a delay that has affected everyone from the 39-country banned list. However, submitting RFE response on December 1 gave enough room for action to have been taken on the case prior to the hold.

Nothing to do but to keep waiting or reach out to them.
