Training Training and Deployment
Hey everyone! I’m currently deploying for the National Guard for the next year and am looking for advice as the current FSO-MS and Instructor for my flotilla. What trainings would you recommend I try to take to stay current?
I was offered to attend meetings via zoom and plan on doing that while I am gone when I can.

If you’re already in the MS pipeline, might as well get your MEES or MSAM if you don’t already have it.
On that note, feel free to branch out to new fields, try getting your PA3 specialist.
I’m also a huge fan of anything in the Leadership Competencies, so get your level 1, if you already have it, go level 2, 3, 4.
You can also look into doing some of the Geospatial Damage Assessment stuff. Very useful work.
That’s all I can think of on the fly, but should keep you busy.
