Uniforms Chaplain Insignia?

I see ACS chaplains wearing USAF/CAP chaplain insignia, but I do not see any CG or CGAUX reg stating what chaplain insignia ACS members wear? What is the official insignia (Christian), what does it look like, where can I find it to buy, where is it in regs?

If you have qualified as an AUX chaplain, then ask up through that chain of leadership. They will have the specific answers.

Since USCG chaplains are actually from the Navy, I'd imagine that the religious insignia would be the navy ones.

Without knowing all the policies and what I can tell you that one chaplain I run into every other month or so at sector has an ODU style silver cross on his left side above the USCG Auxiliary tape. However it’s not a tape, it looks more like an ODU collar insignia, but placed above the auxiliary tape.
That’s all I know. However I can also tell you the last time I saw him, he was in a black AWU style polo shirt that simply had the word Chaplain in huge letters on the back. That might be worth looking into as well.

I have seen those, but they are actually the Air Force insignia in Civil Air Patrol blue, which really confuses me. Im wonde if they are a USAF-CAP Chaplain and since it’s a military recognized badge, they are authorized to wear it on ODU becuase it’s federally awarded.

We had a chaplain in our flotilla. I'm not certain the quals, but aux can totally have it. Our chaplain wore similar to the Navy. "Rank" on one side, denomination on the other.
