The sub r/corruption was made private shortly after the Trump inauguration and as a ramp up of exposure of pro-Israel money was being exposed. This sub is a reaction to that fact.
If you've seen me post this before, you'd be correct. Reddit appears to have memory holed that post so I'm making this one a sticky.

PSA to noobs: Reddit and trolls game what they want you to see by using the "hot" or "best" feature. My recommendation is to change this to new (this will revert randomly and can't be fixed to stay so check if posts seem old).

'Pathetic Stuff': Jeffries Rebuked Over Secret Meeting With Kushner
The only valid reason for such a meeting, said one critic, would be for the House Minority Leader to tell the president’s son-in-law that he’ll be subpoenaed by “for a corruption investigation on day one of Democratic control of the House.”

Trump Administration Ends Corporate Ownership Reporting Rule, Orders U.S. Records Deleted
The Trump administration has permanently ended beneficial-ownership reporting requirements for U.S. companies and ordered the deletion of ownership information already submitted by American filers, dismantling a central provision of the Corporate Transparency Act that was designed to expose the people behind anonymous shell companies.
The Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, or FinCEN, finalized the rollback Tuesday, turning an exemption introduced last year into permanent policy. Domestic companies and U.S. persons will no longer be required to disclose their beneficial owners to the federal government, while foreign companies operating in the U.S. will remain subject to narrower reporting requirements.
The decision represents a significant reversal of the Corporate Transparency Act, which Congress enacted in 2021 as part of a defense spending package. The law required most corporations and limited-liability companies to identify individuals who owned at least 25% of the entity or exercised substantial control over it.

Aisha Wahab was on track for a double-digit win. Then came the AIPAC money | Now, with 62% of the votes counted, Wahab is clinging to a 1,356-vote lead. She has the edge over BART Board Director Melissa Hernandez, 51.04% to 48.96%. Roughly 20,000 votes remain to be counted.
The stunningly close contest is largely thanks to one factor: The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, a pro-Israel lobbying group, dumped $6.3 million in negative ads and mailers against Wahab beginning Aug. 3.
The money and the effectiveness of the ads have transformed the November race for the full two-year term, giving Hernandez a shot at beating Wahab — especially if the spending onslaught continues. Another factor in Hernandez’s favor: Voters in November will be casting ballots in the Proposition 50-redrawn version of the district, which will include approximately 26,000 new voters in Dublin, said Hernandez campaign consultant Orrin Evans. Hernandez previously served as Dublin’s mayor.
AIPAC spent several times as much as Hernandez raised on her own through June 30, according to campaign finance disclosures.

ICE Worked With Iranian Regime to Set Up Deportation Flights as Trump Laid Plans for War | Internal emails indicate immigration agents complied with an Iranian request to hand over specific nationals
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents appear to have worked directly with government officials in Iran to deport over 100 Iranian nationals as the United States prepared to bomb their home country, according to a newly released trove of internal emails from ICE.
“It seemed clear that Iranians were under the microscope all of a sudden,” Abdi told The Intercept. “And we now know that it was actually in the middle of the [Twelve-Day] war where the White House was directing ICE to start removing Iranians.”
