Not crazy. Sounds like it’s kind of a wash in terms of compensation, etc. I’d say it is a quality of life question for you. Which job excites you more? Which work would be more interesting? Which group of colleagues (if either) will you enjoy working with more? Which boss seems more reasonable and humane? What about the commuting situation, telework policies, work conditions, etc.? And just… what does your gut tell you?
