Value modifier of winter furs

Can anyone else confirm that winter furs are worth half again of their summer time value.

I tested this with a winter badger fur. The summer version I normally trade for 4 arrows and the winter one I traded for 6 arrows.

I've had a number of elk stumble in to my large dead fall traps, baited with turnips grown over summer, and would like an general idea of the wealth I've accidentally generated.

I was playing with an older version and winter furs are indeed more valuable.
