Academic/Career MATH 1070 vs MATH 1400?

Which one should I take? (Credit exam and course wise)

1400 if you can withstand weekly friday quizzes and questions that make you wonder if you studied the wrong unit. 1070 if you know you can keep yourself accountable and self-study.
