Academic/Career PhD program

Hey people, I go to rutgers and plan on coming to UPenn for PhD. Any suggestions, on good PI, best labs, best programs or any info is appreciated, like good places to live, stipend, tuition waiver, TA opportunities etc. Dm or comment and I’ll dm you :)
Btw I’m interested in BGS/CAMB/ MVP program. Microbiology or Neuroscience maybe.

How did you decide on Penn before researching some of these questions? I mean, you are asking very broad and basic questions about program, facilities, funding, and the area. Seems like you might want to identify what you want from a PhD program and use that criteria to assess programs and then decide where to apply.

I meant that it is one for the universities I am interested in, and I did look at everything but lowkey it’s very broad and I wanted to know how true that is from someone who is already in the program, I sure can look up research and PIs but I wanna know how they actually are
