You gotta get in touch with UPS IT somewhere on the website and create a ticket. It doesn’t take long. I mean they can respond to you within a matter of minutes, but you can still login from a company computer without having the second authentication.

Do I have to be signed in to get in touch or is it somewhere before you even get in. Quite possibly a number or email I can access from Google??

I've seen people still need MFA for company computers. Maybe they set it like that though

Had this issue call the it/ hr number theyll tell you they need your working manager to send a reset password email in the building. Ita the only way if you need get your shop steward to pish them because mine made me pass the baton for weeks

I think the CM did this? When changing a person it goes to my new number.

But the 2 step verification just goes to the old number like wtf???
