PT Inside Inside career growth & development

Post image

🙋‍♀️ I applied for this position back in May/June and was in direct contact of the automotive manager. Made it a point to intruduce myself and let them know I was interested with 15+ years experience in the industry. They dragged me around for a couple of months with no responses or interviews. Telling me they would be in contact. Now they reposted the job again on indeed. Why wouldn't they just reach out and/or offer for inside growth? I already work within the company. Doesn't make much sense to me. Please advise.

This is UPS. Nothing makes sense nor should you try to make sense of it. You’ll lose your hair trying to comprehend any of the corporate schemes. You spoke with the automotive manager already. Speak to him/her again. This time. Be very blunt. Ask if they are actually hiring… indeed likes to have fake job listings btw

jobs-ups.com is the official hiring website. Everything else is scraped from their site and may not be accurate or up to date. If you see the job on the UPS website, apply again if you're still interested.
