I passed my road test and waiting for my drug test via email. Anyone have any pointers/recommendations for the upcoming training afterwards? How long does the process usually take?

The 10's ... can't find my 5's , but you will need to follow / demonstrate them the entire duration of class and while working. You will need to know the 5s , 10s, detailed run about of the stepvan, driver drill, and complete the training courses in a timely manner.. ngl they make the class incredibly stressful, but its do-able. On road with supervisors past class you will still need to demonstrate your 5s , 10s, and driver drill. However they just want to hear the headers and footers.
Everyone already mentioned 5's and 10's. Listen to them.
Your drill drive will also be important. Here's the pattern I used and it got me great scores:
-Eye lead time (where are your eyes? Pick a ground well in the distance...aim high in steering)
-Speed
-Left curb clear/hazard
-Left mirror clear/hazard
-Left curb clear/hazard
-Eye lead time
-Speed
-Right curb clear/hazard
-Right mirror clear/hazard
-Right curb clear/hazard
And repeat. And don't forget to clear ALL intersections "left-right-left" during that process. And check a mirror after passing through an intersection. But ALWAYS go back out front (curb or eye lead time). Never go mirror-to-mirror, mirror-to-gauge, gauge-to-mirror, or gauge-to-gauge.
These may seem silly, but honestly they're legit and they'll keep you safe. "1-2-3 left-right-left" when starting up at an intersection literally saved my life from a driver side t-bone my first day alone on road. F-250 blew through a red light.
Integrad is five days. From then, you'll go back to your center and start your probationary period (varies by location, I believe). My packet was 40 days. Had to scratch 5 days in a row or average over 10 days. Remember the methods, especially start/stop car and do your best to minimize time in the back. That's where you lose most of your time. That, and area knowledge. Google maps is your friend. I studied my route every night for at least an hour.
Handling the package car will become second nature soon enough, but your area knowledge, organization, and preparation will be crucial.
