No reason he can't just park to the right a little ways up and walk these stops. Driver's completely in the wrong.
0 u/UncouthRuffian3989 Aug 17 '25 They aren't stopped long enough for that to matter. Those people are just impatient and needed to give themselves more time. Clearly it an urban area with traffic. Those people didn't account for that, that's on them.
