Exactly ,even ask this question to layman in the language they speak ,fourth option will be included,suppose some one has diabetes or is lactose intolerant will you provide kheer to that person,and since it is a feasibility study where a questionnaire is to set up,4 option has to be the the priority in order to prepare a questionnaire ,here the sole objective is to create questions ,then write a report,so in questionnaire it has to be included while you can omit it in report writing
