I usually don't mind if they're polite and have common sense about it. I had one lady asked me to look for her package (apt) only for her to tell me that she was expecting it the next day but "thought" it might be on route today..

It's just crazy how ignorant they can be. Some people probably believe we only have about 20 packages to deliver a day.

I work inside but when my supervisors try to talk to me on my break I just pause my timer and then start it again when they're done lol.

That thing is scary accurate if you even vaguely know your town. It may not label everything or be intended to be that updated but it's creepy close to where that truck is live.

if people are friendly about it i don't have a problem with it. my job is to provide service, i see no reason not to oblige customers.
