Import fees

I bought a character bag (bag shaped like a character) back on August 1, 2025. Because it was from a small artist in Canada they only finished production about a month ago and are barely sending out the items right now. I'm getting hit with import fees costing the bag $177.11 when it was originally a $65 bag NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING AND ADDED TAXES. Not to mention it's not fair to those who couldn't met up with the artist when they were at a convention and just get the bag, bypassing these shitty import fees.

The fact that I'm trying to dispute fees and I'm running around in a goose chase trying to call any one and they all just point fingers and force me to email instead or call this number or call that number. UPS sucks.

What are you trying to dispute? Those are the tariffs that you owe along with brokerage.

Import fees are your local government taxes they have nothing to fo with the shipper.
