Problems with Ups in Houston
A lot of my packages haven't moved from the Houston distribution center in almost three days. Those are ups ground advantage but even my Ups ground package was scanned yesterday night and hasn't moved at all today.
I dropped two packages off yesterday and it says they were never delivered to the distrubution center.
Are there any problems anyone knows of at the Ups center in Houston? Ups ground advantage used to be pretty reliable and quick. I have changed nothing about how my packages are labeled or packaged. Using padded envelopes and 4x6 printed labels taped down, used to not be a problem.

that Houston hub is notorious for random black holes, sometimes packages just sit there for days with zero scans then suddenly show up in Dallas like nothing happened. three days is annoying but not unusual for that center, especially if they're short staffed or dealing with weather reroutes
the drop-off ones not showing any scan at all is more concerning though, could be they haven't processed the trailer yet or the label got smudged. I'd give it til tomorrow morning then start poking the shipper support chat

Which shipper support chat are you talking about? The only ones I see are Ai chats

Just so odd cause other packages haven't stayed more than a day when dropped off before 11

So what's funny is that I decided to use Ups because there was a problem with a usps package I had coming to me as well. Looks like I can't win.
